Welcome to the Minuteman Samoyed Club website, with membership primarily extending throughout New England and New York.

Our purpose is to encourage members and breeders to accept the Samoyed breed standard as approved by the American Kennel Club as the only standard of excellence by which Samoyeds will be judged. We strive to do all in our power to protect and advance the interest of the purebred Samoyed, through cooperation and sportsmanlike competition at dog shows, obedience trials, herding trials, and sled races. Our membership hosts annual specialty shows, obedience trials, herding, agility, and numerous other events under the rules of The American Kennel Club.

We endeavor to educate our members, judges and the general public about all aspects of the Samoyed breed, especially its history, care, welfare, and training.
